02/29/2024 – after staying 5 weeks at Mountain Glen RV Resort in Pikeville, TN, we are packing up on Saturday and head towards Texas. During our lengthy stay we had our Doctor appointments, did our Taxes and spent lots of time with our kids. We experienced some sub freezing weather , lots of rain, sleet, heavy winds, but also some gorgeous days. Now we are looking forward to a change of scenery and hopefully warmer weather. Our first major stop on our way to South TX will be 3 nights close to New Orleans. This will hopefully give us the opportunity to visit French Quarters and some other attractions in New Orleans.
